At Illenium Official Store, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
